Supersonic Race Series

I declare I will not compete in the Supersonic races series unless I am medically fit on the day of the races and that I will compete at my own risk. I accept that the organisers , sponsors, partners, marshals will not be liable for any loss, damages, action, claim, cost, or expenses that may arise in consequence of my participation of the event. Entries cannot be sold or transferred. I here by give my permission for Kirkby Miler Events and Supersonic Race Series to use my name and photographic likeness for marketing and promotional purposes. I also understand that the entry fee is non refundable once accepted. Kirkby Miler Events reserves the right , in our absolute discretion, to cancel, delay or postpone the event due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances out of our reasonable control. Where the event has to be cancelled , delayed or postponed due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control we shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expenses , costs, losses or damages suffered by participants. Where the event has to be cancelled, delay or postponed due to circumstances that were within our reasonable control, our entire liability will be limited to the entry price you have paid (not including any booking fee).

I understand music will be played at the venues and requesting for Madonna to be played will result in instant termination from the series.

I promise to not rock out with my c@ck out in public areas. 

All course, venues, distances and dates are subject to change if due to unforeseen circumstances.
